My score? It is for a few different reasons. The facility is open and airy. The folks that work at H&R were welcoming and made me feel comfortable to be there. Appointments made for me were kept and on time. My meetings could be tailored as I needed. My Tax Pro Sylvia Grondin is very knowledgeable and informed me of what I would need for next year and worked for me to receive the best refund possible. I have been a customer for 21 years and hope to be with H&R block for another 20.

Sylvia is very knowledgeable and explains everything she's doing. She looks for any deductibles that can be taken legally and always explains if something is deductible. She's also very kind and considerate
