I usually have HORRIBLE luck with cars but one day I called and Eric answered, after talking for a bit I realized that he answered after hours which I appreciated a lot so I booked an appointment with him because of this. Upon meeting him and his coworker “Pop Tart” I felt really comfortable, they’re very personable! My car needed a replacement part of the exhaust which WOULD have cost me so much more going anywhere else.nNot only that but I brought my other car to him (mind you everyone else turned me away because it was a VW Beetle which is a pain) and every other person told me I needed to go to the Volkswagen dealership for. He’s the ONLY person that was willing to try to help me, and he succeeded. I’ll forever come here, and I’m so grateful!!
