Boat launch, people swim, an fish.nTrash on the banks from fishermen, and the bathrooms are disgusting
We went to Sylvester's Fish and chips again today. They are closing for the season today at 3:00 pm. Best scallops evah!!! ud83dude01
Easy access boat launch, plenty of dock space and parking restaurant and convince store right near by. Most of all my dog loves swimming there.
I grew up near here and my whole life I've loved few things more than visiting the bowdoinham town landing.nnBowdoinham is small and cozy, and the landing has a great boat ramp. The docks are easy to walk down and fish off of and there's a farmer's market here as well.nnFrom here it's super easy to pop in and explore the Cathance River, which is lovely. Head south and you're in Merrymeeting Bay, head north and you have a lovely paddle which feels like you could be in the northern woods. Good conservation efforts have preserved a rural character along the river.nnAbsolutely lovely.
Quiet little town launch (on a cloudy weekday) with access for paddling or motor boating. No cost to park or use the launch
