She did permanent straight of my mom’s hair for $200 and after 2 days my mom’s hair got messed up, I don’t know if she used expired stuff but not professional. When i went in there and asked the lady that could u atleast fix it or maybe refund the money she said put this shampoo for 2 months its $40. She’s ripping off people.
I went to go get my usual color treatment.. I used to get charge with a tip included it $55 today she charged me $110 which didn’t even include a style , a cut they had me walk the salon while my hair wasn’t even combed it was tangled.. what kind of people are this stylist.. we all know covid infected a lot people but this is not the way to conduct a business..
Chi is absolutely wonderful! We have been coming to her for many years and her service is very high quality and fast! I highly recommend her ❤
Chi did a great job on my children's hair. She is efficient and very good! My daughter has an A-line haircut with bangs and Chi is the first to trim it right and in 20 min! It's even, it's straight, it blends, and she kept the length in the front as requested! My son's haircut was 15 min max and she did a great job with him too! She listened to my requests and checked lengths with me before cutting. It's blended beautifully and the edges are clean. No blunt edges on either child's haircut, just as requested. I highly recommend and am impressed!
It was a very busy morning when I walked in and they were able to fit me in pretty fast. My haircut I requested was a bit more complicated but they did exactly what I wanted. Styled my hair for me at the end to make sure there were no mistakes missed anywhere. I will be a returning customer from now on!
