Took my 2 year old there when they opened. Was told they would be ready in 20 minutes. Went back after 25 minutes and was told 20 more minutes. It would be nice to be able to make an appointment and not be kept waiting in our car for 45 minutes. At least give a semi accurate estimate. Its already hard enough to get a haircut for a 2 year old.

They were very polite to me but also cared about what style was important to my son just because I was paying for it they realised that it was his headnLove it
Always love going here. One ever had one haircut that was a bit uneven and it was because she was fresh out of school. Came back the next day and one of the more tenured stylists help her fix it. No big deal.
