Great place once I found it. There is a green sign on the left when you pull down to the golf course but if you're not looking you will miss it. Before the yellow slow sign on the right is parking and across the street is the green trail sign before the golf parking lot
Short hike, but moderately challenging with a lot of exposed rocks, roots, and steeper parts. 5yo and special needs adult completed the hike with minimal complaining. There are access points to the river all along the trail and plenty of rocks to scramble on. We brought sandwiches and had a picnic. It was to cold for swimming, but we'll be back to test that. There are several pools among the rocks that look good for swimming and possible jump spots.
Enjoyable scenery, nice walk indeed!!
Fun short hike to a neat little waterfall and swimming hole.
Secluded and little known spot. Great swimming hole.
