I left a bad review and then was called. About an appointment. The woman that called was very nice and respectful, but when my mother ran in to grab a birth certificate for my little brother and the woman helping them was VERY rude. The woman’s name was Paula Nystrom. Honestly after that trip thinking of not going back. It was very disrespectful.
Very quick votingnballot box outside saves money on a stamp and no waiting time so pleased for the convenience.
They were friendly and helpful enough. The only reason I did not give all 5 is because even though there were few of us waiting and more coming in... The ladies who worked the front desks continued to discuss personal things etc while one older lady was trying to to her best to keep the line going.
