Having to wait over an hour on the phone, only to get disconnected, is an epic fail! What happened to the human factor? Rite aid Walgreens? Please answer calls and remove the suffering with automation. It's houlton maine not NYC. It looks like a 2 hour round trip drive to your pharmacy to fix common sense.nOur perscriptions will be filled elsewhere from now on.
