Nice place to picnic, fish, boat or camp. A few good trails on the South end to explore. There is a lot of birdwatching opportunities along the shoreline and in the marshes. The park is very uncrowded this time of year. $10 day use fee, $5 for seniors. Starting Nov. 27th, there will be a Holiday light show to check out.
Service and cleanliness are the main thing seen here, they also do night routines for safety.
North Marina is a great part of willard bay to go. I recommend the north Marina if you are looking for some decent beach action. But if you need to get your boat in the lake - I recommend the south marina. I went here to go fishing. Not a great spot for that , but not bad.
About a three, needs clean up. Crowded and needs some sort of board walk.
This is the best park to stay at if you want all your water shut off in the middle of your stay! It’s really awesome and they don’t care and won’t turn it back on. Gave zero notice at all. Man I can wait to come back
