I had a great experience at this business. The owner was very friendly and he understood what I was looking for very quickly. My phone was one step away from oblivion. This phone literally was ready to explode in my pocket due to a failing battery. Julian took the phone from me over my lunch hour and I picked it up, new battery in, fully charged, on my way home. I was more than happy to pay the cost.
I'm not sure what the other person who review is talking about, since I shop at this store locally... This store doesn't buy or sell used product for their business.nRegardless, they're very responsive and reasonable to work with. A quick call and conversation with the owners is all I need for peace of mind of how good they are at what they do!

I was very impressed with the owner's willingness and service as I was up against a tight deadline to make a presentation at city hall and discovered that we were down a necessary cord to connect to the projector. Thank you Tech n Trenz.
