First time I used this company, great experience! I was recommended by my boss in Bar Harbor Maine where I worked during the season. She also use this company to transport her car to Sarasota FL to Maine every year. A friend of mine also shipped his car recommended by her and had an amazing experience. Thanks guys for the great job! We all are enjoying the Florida’s whether right now.....

First experience was awesome, this time most recently no one called me back to take my reservation. Nor returned my emails. Poor business practice. I went with another company, way better. Wanted to support the Maine economy as that’s where I live. Oh well.

Car was suppose to be at airport when we landed in St. Petersburg, Fl on Saturday, it wasn’t!! Couldn’t get ahold of them all weekend, found out on Monday morning after numerous calls with no answer, our car is still in Brewer, ME was suppose to have been picked up a week ago. Never contacted us when we were still in Maine that our car had never left the pickup location, if we had known we could of made other arrangements!! Very unprofessional! Was told by Angie this morning that she had no idea car hadn’t been picked up and she would check with the driver and get back to me, waited all day and still haven’t received a call back. Our credit card was charged two weeks ago and as of now we have no idea when our car will be here and have had to rent a car for almost $400 for 1 week!!

Waited all day Sunday for pickup. No show. Not even a call. Finally showed on Monday. Not drivers fault. Poor company communication with no way to contact them on weekends. Phones answer machine is full so you can't even leave a message.

They have very poor service they don't answer phones pretty much a poor set up
