Dealing with the pharmacy is really nice.nWe moved and changed from a different Walgreens that had horrendous wait times and not so friendly staff.nThe people I have interacted with in Covington have been not just polite, but friendly. I haven't had any issues with our prescriptions at all.nThanks!n(I don't deal with the rest of the store employees enough to make a judgement one way or the other.)

A year ago I would have given them 5 ⭐'s but today, and only because they employ local people and sell beer and cigarettes I guess I'll give them 2⭐'s. However, they should lower prices not raise prices especially during the better then normal cold and flu season.

Make sure to go with patience, employees seem to get frustrated at the smallest task. I attempted to pick up photos and employee had no idea how to handle it. So again, go with patience or you won't make it.

It's often understaffed. When masks were first required, they didn't require them. Said that their corporate office said so.

Not just a great “Walgreens,” but a great place to go get whatever you need. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff is incredible. Always smiling and willing to help. Be sure to get a dog treat if you use the drive through! ud83dude0a
