The staff is very friendly at this location. The cashier really put in the time and effort to make our experience great. You can tell that they really appreciated our business and truly wanted to see happy customers. Will definitely be coming back to this location.
The staff here is so friendly!! Went above and beyond! The woman that took our order has the BEST customer service skills I have experienced in quite some time! Food was fast, hot, and perfect. I will be back in the near future!!
I went through the drive thru today, Erica VanDuyn was the acting manager on shift, and Shayla the certified store trainer was working the line. Everything was immaculate. The food was hot and tasty, the two girls working were super sweet and positive. The whole visit honestly just lifted my spirit. I’ll definitely be back to see them again. Thanks again Erica and Shayla. Fazoli's might as well close without the two of you.

Saturday February 6, 2021 Isaiah and Colton were fantastic this morning. Despite the situation they were faced with opening the restaurant this morning they were eager to please and fulfill our order for a family feast meal in a very timely and efficient manner. Hats off guys you were fantastic! Highly recommend this Fazolis location. They always Strive to attain100% customer satisfaction!
