The service was nice, and relatively quick. They never seem super busy except for maybe during lunch hours. We got two sandwiches and two drinks, and it came out to a reasonable price.
I watched through the drive thru window as one of the food preppers was wearing plastic gloves but holding onto a food rack with them leaning on it while taking to his buddy. I could give more details but I'll just say, It doesn't seem very clean otherwise. Threw my sandwich away.

The jimmy johns in shelbyville is awful. I was overly excited to know they were locating in shelbyville based off my prior experiences in terre haute and Bloomington. However the one in shelbyville hardly has a driver so they can't deliver period. It appears that maybe they can't keep employees with all the trouble. They run out of supplies and have a hard time answering the phone. Im kinda shocked they're still operating with as bad as service they provide.nnThere is nothing freaky fast about this store....i would give 0 stars of i could.
Must have changed managers recently, they ran out of EVERYTHING??? by 6 o'clock on a Friday night. And told me the couldn't print online orders to call me and tell me. They don't know what they are doing here, go somewhere else.
