Pizza Hut

Food quality was very good. Delivery was very quick. My only complaint is the last 3 times my family has ordered our cheese sauces that we paid for were not delivered. The cheese sauce just really makes the bread sticks pop.

Had a bad experience at Nashville, TN Pizza hut while on spring break. We had asked for extra mushrooms on a stuffed crust pizza and it did not hardly have any mushrooms on the pizza. It was definitely not extra... We asked for green peppers on the pizza and about 2/3 of the pizza did not have any green pepper on it. In frustration I filled out a review like this one.nnWeek or so later Pizza Hut emailed/gave us a Free Pizza coupon code for our trouble-nnWe used the offer code for our free pizza at our hometown location- THIS PIZZA HUT - Shelbyville, Indiana - (Because Pizza Hut was sorry) and the pizza was supposed to have extra mushrooms and AGAIN, very little mushrooms... we have been ripped off on toppings so many times. Extra Toppings that were paid for. Matter of fact, if not for that free pizza I am not sure we would have tried it again.nnI honestly believe that people putting this pizza together are lazy and not reading the order that says Extra Mushrooms on the pizza or they are being trained to not use very many toppings. I have been willing to pay extra for the extra toppings and have been ripped off over and over.nnExtra means extra. I paid, but did not get them.

Store gave me wrong pizza but they quickly sent me a correct order. Great service overall.

My order could be accurately filled when I arrive for pick up, instead of making me wait another 20 minutes to make the correct order. Employee could show some compassion when they make a mistake instead of acting like it was my fault they forgot to make items.
