Every single time I need to visit the Scottsburg location, there's a problem! The staff is extremely rude and have the most obnoxious attitudes. I despise going here and will use online delivery or another location from now on. The Madison location is always friendly and willing to help.
Medicine cost way to much even using good RxSaver and others like it still cost to much as bad as I hate to do it I’m going back to Walmart for my meds way more affordable for people with no insurance
This pharmacy violates policies consistently, and refuse to give life saving emergency supply of insulin. (I once had a qualified person in ANOTHER STATE, at a CVS essentially force this location to give a emergency supply of insulin once to avoid immediate death.) They are rude, horrible, fat and lazy. The absolute opposite of what people who work at a pharmacy should be. Surprised they haven't been sued yet and run out of town for their malpractice.
Never answer the phone. Never save info its always a hassle. Wish I could find another pharmacy to take my inscurance.
Apparently they don't have a working phone system. Maybe employees are just staring at the ringing phone the way those apes stared at the mysterious obelisk at the beginning of 2001: A Space Odyssey. Either way, be prepared for hold times longer than their receipts.nnThey fill your prescriptions (eventually) so I guess they have that going for them. But heaven forbid you have to interact with the pharmacy outside of picking it up at drive in window when they get around to filling it.
