Great option for residential shredding. Not only is it cheaper then local retail options ($40 for up to 200lbs vs $1/lb at staples or ups store), but you can also set up an appointment to watch your documents be shred (instead of dropping it off in a locked bin). Very happy I found them.

Citadel is the BEST! They made the job of cleaning out my parent’s apartment a much easier job. Janice worked hard to fit us in an existing route, and was so sympathetic to our situation. Driver Phil called to let me know his ETA, he was on time, cheerful, quick and friendly. He even refused a tip. I would recommend Citadel to anyone who needs shredding service.
