I visited this restaurant for the first time the day opened (September 3, 2020). I got the dark chocolate banana smoothie (a vegan option). It was super delicious. I also bought some vegan protein bars. The management was also really polite and accommodating when I reported an issue with a coupon that I discovered after having paid. Based on my experience, I should be leaving a 10 star review at least because that’s how happy I was from this experience. These people really made my day and I will definitely be coming back once in a while.
Friendly and attentive staff. Ordered the Immune Builder with multivitamin added; very fruity and refreshing. Yum! Wish you could build a smoothie with milk options though.
If I could give this location 0 stars I would. For some reason the app changed the location of my order to New Lenox. I called and asked for a refund due to my inability to get to that location. A team member answered the phone and when I asked for the refund I was told “the owner has a policy that once the drinks are made we can’t do a refund”. So I am out almost triple the amount of what it actually costs the store to make the drinks because the “owner” does not understand the concept of customer service.
