Called to get a quote for replacing a lost key and the person who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. Asked us why we are calling them and not just calling the dealership , and had a bad attitude before we were even able to explain why we were calling.

Robert took care of me wonderfully as always. Larry's lock service is the best. And it's great that they have a counter to walk in to get service. Many locksmiths now you have to meet up with and get charged additional fees because of that.
Excellent service! I needed a non chipped back up key for my GSA 1200 and visited several places- nobody wanted to even touch the keys. Called probably dozen more same result. Larrys said its willing to try! 10 minutes later here is the result. Great job!
