Absolutely fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. They took the time to meet with us, explain everything and took great care to make sure our entire family was taken care of. Nancy took extra care to make sure we knew exactly how to take care of each member of our family, helping us to minimize this unexpected cost as much as possible. If you ever need to remedy a lice situation you MUST head right to Midwest Lice Specialists. Don't waste your time or money on any other options or at-home kits. They truly made a frustrating situation as simple and as pain-free as possible for our children. Thank you!

I can’t say enough about them! Myself and two daughters went in and I fully expected that we would all need to be treated. She checked our hair and told me that I must have done a good job combing because there was nothing left. I was so grateful she didn’t take advantage of us and only charged us to check. Highly recommend them!!

I meant to write this a month ago but forgot. My family got lice and that is something we never experienced before. Apparently it was running throughout my kid's school. Let me tell you, when you get lice, you feel like the worst parent in the world. Plus I have a fear of all bugs so it was an all around horrible situation. Well I researched online and saw that the products sold in the pharmacies no longer work since they have built a resistance to them. I didn't know what to do and was ready to just shave everyone's head. That's when I found Midwest Lice Specialists. They got me in immediately and let me tell you it was such a pleasant experience. Our technician was Nancy and she was beyond amazing. Not only did she calm me down, she was WONDERFUL with my kids. And let me tell you, that is no small feat, She got rid of all the lice and she educated me so that if this ever happens again, I know what to do. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is truly a compassionate and caring person and very funny I might add. She was able to make us all laugh and feel comfortable during a vulnerable situation. I highly recommend this place and highly recommend Nancy.

I can't say enough about Jeanne! Very knowledgeable and put me at ease. Made my daughter feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure - even had snacks and a TV for her. Answered my million questions, answered my after-care questions and texts and even squeezed us in for a comb out post-treatment to ease my mind. Highly recommended!!

This is never an experience you want to go through as a family ud83dude0a but you might have to endure such. She is so nice and knows what she is doing. She is an expert in the field. I didn't have lice and it was only $20 to do a check on my long hair. One of my sons had it and one didn't and even though it's a stressful experience, we chatted, laughed and it just wasn't that bad. She helped us get through it ud83eudd23ud83dude0a
