I’m being generous with 2 stars. The two stars are for store presentation which was nice and organized and displayed well. I found the employees to be unhappy and bothered by customers. Employee huffed when asking a question of her and her body language was off putting. The interaction I had with her changed my own mood and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Employees need to understand how to make people feel welcome and appreciated. How you act affects others, you could make or break someone’s day just as easily as they could yours. Does it hurt to simply smile at someone? It would have made a difference in my feeling valued as a customer. Do better!
Today I had to go buy the outfit for a dear friend of mine who passed away. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but had an idea. Heather and another girl I’m sorryi don’t know her name were amazing and helped me find the perfect outfit to lay my friend at rest. Thank you ladies for making something stressful so easy!
Clean store. Hand sanitizer available. Good sales. Staff acknowledged me at the door. Very friendly and helpful.
