Great customer service! Every time I go in the staff helps me find really cute items!

The staff at Versona is so pleasant and helpful!

Normally I’m not one to bash a company on reviews. I just had to share this terrible experience. If this is a corporate company. They need to train their staff in customer service.nnI went to the promenade today and was super excited when I saw this new store that opened in place of charming Charlie’s. From the window it looked like they had some really really cute stuff.nnI walk in. I’m the only patron in the entire place. There were two employees. They were tagging merchandise or doing inventory or something. Barely looked up to say hi. That’s totally fine, I know they probably just opened and are trying to get everything in order.nI digress... I find some really cute items that I’m looking forward to trying on. I walk over to the sales associates who were still very busy with their tagging/ inventory task, and ask if they have fitting rooms. This woman looks at me says no... they aren’t ready yet in a very rude tone. (If I managed the store I would have a sign up stating dressing rooms aren’t ready and would train my staff to say hello just to let you know our stores dressing rooms aren’t ready but we’ve extended our return policy to accommodate that inconvenience) she then proceeds to tells me I’m dragging an item of clothing. I said oh okay. Well I’m not going to buy anything if I can’t try it on. I walk back to put the items away and she said they have a 60day return policy... I said no thanks I won’t purchase anything from this location and they should consider working on their customer service. I had about 10-12 items in my hand. Now, I’ve been in customer service for 16 years. I would have offered to have taken the items, apologized for the inconvenience, offered a discount for future visit... something. Anything... no she went right back to her task at hand with the other associate. When I had one item left in my hand said oh I can take that for you. I was so irritated by this point I said no I’ve got it, placed it were it belonged and left the store.nnIf you don’t want to work in customer service don’t. It isn’t for everyone. If you’re having a bad day leave it at the door, or at least pretend to be happy to help.nnI feel sorry for that location if those are the people hired to run the store.
