I originally talked with someone from the answering service and he was most polite and helpful in providing me storage options and he referred me to Chelsea, the manager at the 244th location. She promptly called me and we set up a meeting to show me the unit. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. The unit was clean and the entire complex is neat and orderly.
I would personally like to thank Natalie for her courtesy and customer service as she helped me with a issue I was dealing with. I had my personal items stolen and dumped at this property where she found it and looked my name up on social media to contact me. I am so grateful for this woman .
Came to grab some items for my move. I needed protective wrap for my glass and Chelsea was so helpful of the different products I could choose from. I will be back for the rest of my packing needs.
Chelsea at property 08775 in Kent was very professional, with just the right balance of personal skills and professional manor. She suggested products and supplies to make our storage experience the best possible and took note of the couple questions she didn’t have a 100% answer for, letting me she would ask and someone would let me know the answers.
BEWARE! I’m VERY disappointed with Public Storage. I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for almost NINE YEARS, never paying rent late once. I recently downsized to a smaller unit and was very surprised when they raised my rent 12% after FOUR MONTHS. I’m used to annual increases but four months is ridiculous. Be sure to ask how often they will raise your rent because at this rate you’ll be paying an obscene amount in no time! Time to downsize completely.
