I placed an order #1055 on January 23. I still have not received it. I filed a dispute with my credit card which has delayed things these last few weeks. The shoes were for a loved one who had an illness. I wasn't able to give her the shoes before she passed. I discussed the situation with the R.A. Fashion contact person and she never expressed any sympathy, basically told me I had to give them more time and I wouldn't get a refund. This has been such a frustrating process.
I have been waiting for my Order # 1032 to be processed since I paid $159.00 for a pair of women's sneakers on December 12, 2020. (A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR A DEAR FRIEND). There is no telephone number that I can find for RA Fashion and they have failed to respond to my emails! Does anyone know how to talk to a person at RA Fashion? Are they still in business? FRUSTRATED!
I have been waiting for my order #1084 for a month with no communication. money has been taken. i have emailed many times, even texted the number from their website with no response ordered in february, i have included my order number with each time i have tried reaching them
Shipping was fast. The jacket I got was exactly what I wanted. They were super helpfulbin assisting me in find exactly what I was looking for. I will be buying from RA Fashion again soon.
