January 7th 2021nWent in again tonight for a synthetic oil change and yet again I received amazing service from Ed and Dave. Special shoutout to Ed he went up and beyond! Didn't even feel i was in there for long! Love getting my oil changes done here! Great staff!
Very quick and good service. The best part was they offer a 25% military discount! This is the highest discount my wife and I have ever in countered. Much appreciated!
If I could give this place negative stars I would!! Worst experience ever!!! 3 weeks ago I had my oil changed then last week my car started driving funny and quit running! Had it towed and looked at and they never put the oil filter securely on and ALL my oil leaked out and almost ruined my car! To make matters worse I went with my receipt for the oil change they did, the new oil change and tow receipts from the company who had to fix my car and the manager said he will have to talk to corporate and MAYBE I could get my money back for the oil change they did but probably not the towe and the additional oil change that had to be done and it's been 3 days and they still have not given me any money back or called me back!! Never use this place!!
Wanted air filter changed said they had one but none were in stock. Wanted $22 for it also.they were fast tho!
When I arrived I was greeted by the assistant manager and he was courteous and upfront about how long I had to wait. When it was my turn he was quick, efficient and friendly. Will go back.
