Well, it was a great place to go. The Only Bone I have to pick is that I was told I would get a copy of the pictures and the estimate in my email and I didn't.

I went there for a tire rotation and was told I would get an oil change also. It took them about an hour and a half to complete. I was told that they changed the cabin filter. But a couple days later I noticed that they didn't replace the old oil change sticker. I wonder if they even changed the oil, luckily I didn't need the oil change.

I live 2 hours from this location and it was more than worth the trips it took for an estimate and then repairs.nThey are extremely knowledgeable, patient and accommodating.nThe repairs were absolutely PERFECT.nI looked over the entire damaged area for at least 10-15 minutes and could not find ANY evidence of previous damage.nThe repairs and paint were factory perfect.nI would recommend this place to all of my family and friends.nThank you Hiland Toyota Body Shop!

Good work

After 3.5 weeks my car is still not fixed properly. The fender does not line up, there is a very large noticeable gap where the fend and the hood meet, the bumper still has a noticeable crack, the door was rubbing and chipped the new paint and my door handle is still broken (which worked fine before I took my car there). They also some how managed to dent the rear fender on the opposite side which needed nothing fixed when they got it. I wanted to take my car to the Cadillac dealer but my wife said this was preferred from our insurance company... after this experience I will never again take any of my vehicles here!!!
