Took my Saab 9-3 in for an oil change due to a low oil pressure message. Because of the Saab certified service center near me only taking appointments, and how urgent this was, I went here. They were in shock that a Saab was in their presence and had a bit of trouble finding correct parts, but it got done. Very informative service and even had a woman servicing vehicles. There should be A LOT more positive diversity in this field!

There was quite the line when I arrived but I feel like the wait was fair for the amount of vehicles there. Great customer service, friendly employees.... I’ll definitely be returning!

It was a good oil change experience they didn’t try to sell me or try to get me to do other things to my vehicle I was there for my oil change n they kept it that way not trying to throw everything else at me like my vehicle was going to go down if I didn’t buy what they had. I appreciated that! Very polite, got me in and out in record time. Pretty good prices too, I saved 20 bucks versus the other place I went to. My car takes the expensive oil. Guys were very nice and told me everything they were doing and showed me my oil from beginning to end so you know they actually are doing their job. Oh and got to sit in the vehicle the whole time till they were done! That’s the best part! ud83dude01 Very satisfied!! Definitely going back for my next one!!!

Came in and my hood was frozen shut. Staff helped open the hood, provided great service even though a line had formed behind me due to the hood (sorry everyone!). 25% off for veterans saved me quite a bit and I'll be coming back!

Quick and very professional with the oil change. Both men were polite and got me in and out in under 15 minutes.
