My husband and I have two units here. This week the gate has been locked and after 4 phone calls and several different codes we are still unable to gain entry to our units! We have been waiting on a call back from the property owner for the last 4 days!!! Not very happy. My husband said there were signs around property saying something about a court date. Not sure what is going on and we are extremely angry that we have been locked out of our units since we are current on the payments!!!
I was billed for a unit I never moved into after I told Cindy it was not going to work for me. They proceeded to charge my credit card. When I called they said they would not return my money. Very poor customer service.
They took charges out of my account on days they were not supposed to causing an over draft fee on my account. Not only did they do nothing about it, they did not care at all!! Then they were rude to me on top of it!! Horrible people. I will be moving m,y stuff as soon as I can!!! I will not recommend this facility to anyone!!
Excellent experience - really appreciated the customer service and help that I received. Will definitely use these guys again!
The people who are now running this place are complete idiots. It was taken over by new management 2016. The new company does some shady s***. They force you to use auto draft ( by no longer accepting checks, not providing a kiosk as promised, and their credit card machine is not compatible with all cards) ..so they make you auto draft. They take money out on days other than your due date. They take money out for different amounts than your monthly bill. And they don't notify you of any of it. I have had an issue with payment all 3 months since they took over. I spoke directly with the Manager, Gary and tried to cancel my storage. He assured me he put in my vacate date. Then three days after that date I start getting text messages telling my payment was late!! They have no idea what they are doing! The manager of the location even said to me the takeover did not go well, and there has been some confusion. When I asked him why my account was charged 12 days after my due date, he simply stated he did not know!! After several emails, that was my final answer from him.. I don't know why you were charged that day?nSeriously, there are plenty of nicer facilities, for the same monthly rate that will not screw with your bank account, and has their stuff together. Save yourself the money and frustration!!
