I had my daughter enrolled in the infant and toddler room until we moved out of state. We were so sad to unenroll our daughter. The staff is AMAZING! As a first time mom, I was doing so much research on daycares and I’m glad I found this center. The staff really embraced our daughter, was very welcoming and informative to us, and I really felt at ease when I dropped her off. We are starting at a new KinderCare in a few weeks and I hope our experience is just as great. Thank you for taking care of our daughter

I love this branch. My child started last July and was having a hard time adjusting as he was at home with me and his grandmother for 2 years. One of the teachers noticed this and worked very closely with him and making him feel safe and secure and within weeks he was playing with the other kids. It no longer was hard for me to drop him off without any crying. The level of care has surpassed my expectations.

They recently got a new director. She seems to know what she is doing and is very capable. She always says hi to my kids and give them hugs. They love them some Ms. Ragena. If there is an issue she addresses it and make sure she follows up as well. I'm very pleased. Also the Pre K teacher Ms. Neveen is amazing too. My kid has learned so much since that class has opened.

It’s always a hard choice when you’re searching out day cares because you want your child to have the best experience. You can go tour all the day cares around until you realize they’re all the same except for the staff. Kent KinderCare for the most part has always had loving caring teachers and the staff has been so friendly however I do believe there are a few members that could be more positive and have more training with kids. My son has been with kent Kindercare since he was 3-4 months old and has his days where he doesn’t want to go but he always comes home with a smile.

Currently have my son enrolled, and I find the staff to be friendly and attentive. Turnover does happen, but hey are friendly and caring to my son, and I really appreciate it. They did have a problem with too many kids and not enough teachers, but they separated the classrooms to make them more manageable. My son has had multiple accounts of another child biting him, but that is the only problem I can find. Don't rely on a bunch of 1 star reviews from angry parents, these people are great with my son.
