Ever since moving back to the area, I have had 3 excellent cuts at Otero's. I am glad that I found it - because my service is efficient, courteous, friendly, and the haircut has been just what I needed and wanted. Stephanie has taken great care of me. It is so nice to not worry about a thing and just show up and feel good. I highly recommend!

My haircut was pleasant and well-done. One small glitch occurred when I found my computer appointment was not registered in the computer but the next slot was available and the wait was worthwhile.
