My experience training at FIT Boutique has been fantastic. FIT Boutique's space is clean, spacious, and their equipment is updated and plentiful. The owner is very responsible and takes extreme care to ensure that the gym is COVID safe. The trainers are excellent to work with and very motivating. Each personal trainer is extremely knowledgeable about fitness, strength training, and overall health. My trainer is very attentive to ensure that I maintain correct posture and form during all my exercises to avoid injury. He has helped me set and accomplish many fitness goals that I never would be able to accomplish on my own.

Three years ago, I received a birthday present that changed my life.nnI had turned 41, but my body felt much older. My right knee was in pain (couldn’t really squat to play catcher to my boys’ pitching). My left shoulder was in pain (it hurt to hold kids with my left arm). When I rolled out of bed each day, my body felt old. Who wants to be feeling like this with another 40-50 years to live?!?nnThe gift was 6 personal training sessions at FIT Boutique (60 minutes each; incredible deal for $99). By the 5th session, I began to see and feel the change to my body. Within two months of working out twice per week with a trainer, my knee and shoulder pain were gone. My body stopped aching. I lost fat. I added muscle, and definition to that muscle.nnI’ve continued at FIT ever since. I love how my body looks and feels.nnEveryone is super nice. The equipment is clean. It's not over-crowded.nnHighly, highly recommended.

I could not possibly recommended FIT Boutique enough. They are all so knowledgeable and welcoming. I've been working out for along time but they have taught me so much and make me feel like part of the family every time I'm in there. Love those guys and girls!

THE BEST personal trainer experience that I’ve come across. Jim, the owner, is amazing and super personable. The gym is clean, everyone is friendly, and all of the staff is extremely knowledgeable. VERY fair pricing. Will never leave!
