Unfortunately hit a deer, and right away Gerber was very pleasant to deal with which is definitely what you want in a stressful situation. Everyone was very friendly and they did a great job! I couldn't tell that anything had happened. They continually kept me updated on the status of the repairs and answered any questions I had. They also finished repairing my car earlier than expected (days earlier). Highly recommend.

My vehicle was originally scheduled for service in Buffalo Grove, but due to staffing limitations they asked if it was acceptable to send to the Round Lake location. I was very pleased with the BG team but became equally happy with the RL team. Darryl Harris was exceptional in his communication and not only did they do an excellent job with communication but they delivered the vehicle much earlier than anticipated. Thank you for making this such a flawless process!

Daryl assisted me..took a good look upon first 3 minutes pointed out that ac compressor was damaged. Otherwise mostly cosmetic. He wanted to make sure that I and my vehicle was taken care of. Have been here before and they did great work. Could not tell what was replaced. Thanks...

Took in my Jaguar F Type in! Needed a bumper repair after a drunk driver incident! The work was great. Estimate was on time. Fitting on the seems was perfect. They even gave the Jag an amazing shine! Strongly recommend this place!

My son backed into the rear quarter panel of my new truck. They did a great job and my son lived another day LOL
