Had a good experience with Janel, easy to work with & didn't pressure. Mike the sales manager wasn't easiest to work with- didn't leave much room for negotiation and tried adding over $2k to the listed sale price in extra fees/tax. Manager Derek was easy going and made the finalization of the deal quick and easy. All in all, after some back and forth, we ended up with a good car at a fair price that will hopefully last for years to come!

Wow did I have such a pleasant experience purchasing my first Toyota today! We purchased a used Highlander from Toyota of Fox lake and they will get my business again and again. John Paladino and Kyle Richards were absolutely amazing and such a pleasure to work with! They were accommodating and patient. Shane in financing was a pleasure to talk to and work with as well. John even took extra time to help me set up my car with my phone and went over every single control, button and feature. I have never had a car salesman take that kind of thoroughness in a vehicle purchase before. I can see why this dealership and it’s staff get such a high rating. I would without hesitation refer people to Fox Lake Toyota and John, Kyle and Shane! THANK YOU!

I called a few days ago to price out some parts for my 2004 Matrix, because I had a feeling I was being overcharged by my mechanic. The parts team at this location were so helpful in helping me find my parts, and not to my surprise, I was right about my mechanic. Thank you so much to the parts team for your excellent service and friendly demeanor, not to mention for saving me a ton of money by purchasing my parts through Toyota directly. I will definitely be a repeat customer every time I need parts for my Matrix. Definitely recommend!!!

Trevor R., Mike W., and Derek at Toyota of Fox Lake were amazing! Their internet pricing made my Toyota Tacoma search simple and easy. Communication was top notch and got me the Tacoma I wanted with the options I requested. New car purchasing couldn't have been made easier. I would not hesitate to purchase from Trevor and Mike in the future. A+++ on the purchase. OH, What a FEELING!!! Smile from ear to ear in my new Tacoma.

Bought a new car from here and had an amazing experience! Our sales agent Trevor, the manager Kyle and the finance guy Derek all gave superb customer service. I got a great deal and didn't feel pushed into buying. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new car.
