This is an awesome place to workout. Classes are fun with lots of variety. Coach is really good about giving modifications for beginner students or students with injuries. Coach is also really good at pushing you so that you get the most out of your workout. I highly recommend these classes. Come join in on the fun and get a great workout!

If you truly want you or your children to learn to defend themselves, then this is where you want to be. This is a modern, realistic system that trains a person to defend situations that anyone could encounter. I have been with Beau for 4 years, and have enjoyed watching people gain self confidence in their abilities as they progress. This isn’t your normal martial arts gym, where people are at odds about who is the toughest. It’s more like a family that wants to see everyone grow and succeed.

This place is amazing its a great workout the people are like family coach Beau is awesome he knows how to make it work for you know matter how experienced you are best of all they all make it fun you want to come back

I’ve been doing Cardio Kickboxing for a year and a half now and it is one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. Coach Beau and Sammy are motivating and encouraging. Our classes are full of all shapes, sizes, and ages. I’ve never been to a gym where I have felt so comfortable. This class has helped me lose weight and become stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally. I have gained amazing friends and family in this class and have the best support system.

Great coach and great place, I've been at different martial arts classes and this is far better then any of them. When you leave this place you actually feel like you learned something. It is also a very friendly and fun environment. If you are having a bad day its a perfect place to work out your frustrations!!
