Doug Miner was great and I would highly recommend calling him if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. I'm a pretty tough customer; I knew what I wanted and was pretty picky about it too! But Doug was patient with me, not pushy, and genuinely seemed more concerned that I get the vehicle I wanted versus just making a sale. I love my new 2020 Lincoln Nautilus! Greg Stacey was our Sales Consultant and he was amazing! He was genuine and stuck with us, answering our questions and keeping us up to speed on the car and the deal they could make with us. Made appointment for recall repairs to be done. They said they had to order the parts. It would take about 1½-2 hours to do the work. Since I work first shift that I could drop the car off during my lunch break and pick it back up after work. I called the day of the appointment to be sure the parts and everything was still good to go. I was told since I made the appointment everything was good. So during my lunch break from work to drop off the car. Nothing was said and everything was fine. Off from work call the dealership to get ride back to pickup the car. They acted like they did know I would be calling. When I arrived at the service department Mike Ruark was already waiting. I believe he is the assistant manager there. I was informed that the work was not done, due to them not having the parts.... Michele said they had the parts then suddenly didnt. While Mike was talking to me Michele kept chuckling about it. Mike asked me what he could do to make it better. To late!!!!!n1.. They Had Time to get parts or let me know you could not get them.n2.. They DID NOT verify that the parts were there when I called that morning.n3.. They DID NOT call me as soon as you knew you did not have the parts.n4.. They DID NOT call other dealers to find alternatives.nnIT TOOK ME 2 PHONE CALLS AND 20 MINUTES TO FIND A PLACE AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR LESS THAN A WEEK AWAY. AND YES THE NEW PLACE VERIFIED PARTS IN HAND. AND WAS HAPPY TO MAKE SURE OF IT!!!!!!!nnI would make less than 1 star if possible.
