I was doing a pit stop, had to take a rest break and chill. Store was clean and everyone was busy working. Friendly staff. Diesel island looked good also. No complaints here.
1 * because the people were very nice. It should not take 5 hours to plug a tire when there are only two other trucks in front of you getting also a flat fixed. After waiting 3 hours for them to fix 2 flats on other trucks it took them two hours to fix my flat. You can't make drivers wait that long we have places to go and time schedules unbelievable. This place is a joke I will never return again. Can't even maintain the tires on their service trucks correctly.
An hour and a half to change a tire... I should have just called roadside they are quicker than these guys. These guys are the laziest group of people I ever seen. I feel bad for them they look so sad.
I wasn't here very long I just had to get the rest of my time back...
They're improvement with management is wonderful, employees is okay but to keep the best they need to actually pay better attention to all.
