These guys are great. Tried to call loves after a break down and no mechanics available. Called these guys and could not have been more pleased. They are fast and professional. Wish they were in my home town I would use them exclusively!
Mr. Stan responded and diagnosed my call ASAP. Eric came to go get me to the shop. The mechanics were are all knowledgeable and made the environment comfortable. They found several issues they saw with my unit and fixed everything efficiently and quickly. The pricing was affordable and over all I was happy with their service. I will be a regular customer.
Very timely service and fair pricing. I waited at the near by Loves for about 4 hours and then decided to look for another shop Eli and his crew got me in and out within an hour. Thanks Guys!!
A truckers worse night mere is for his/ her truck to break down late at night. Although it was closing time at Eli’s when I made the call they still came out to look at my problem. They dropped me off at a local hotel and made all the necessary arrangements to have my Tractor and Trailer towed and repaired .nKnow that you will be treated right and not taken advantage of when and if you ever have issues with your Rig and deal with Eli’s...nGood people trying to make a living and being fair about it. Definitely 5 star service! My truck wouldn't start at Gilman,IL on the side of the road Sunday . Stan was there within 45 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem and found that the starter is bad. He get a new one and get us back on the road!nThe staff is professional and friendly!!! Thank you and I recommend this place to everyone who wants an honest shop that don’t take advantage of its customers!
