The two times I have been to the office, they are very helpful and pleasant! our designated space was pretty convenient as well! This is a great Storage Facility with awesome customer service. It smells clean and looks clean as well.
This is THE BEST STORAGE FACILITY I have ever used! The manager Tammy is so nice and always a pleasure to talk to! Tammy and her staff keep the property so clean and the office has such a welcoming atmosphere! I had the pleasure of meeting Tammy's District Manager when I made my last payment and all I can say is Prime Storage hires TOP-NOTCH employees! Truly the Best!
The Prime Storage corporate I would rate only 3 stars because they raise their rates frequently and seemingly rather arbitrarily. As a long-time customer I find this financially burdensome. However, the facility is clean and the manager, Tammy H, is a gem, so she rates 5 stars. I had to combine three units into one large one (quite the undertaking) and she was indispensable with her friendly advice, encouragement and kind assistance. She turned an incredibly daunting task into a manageable one.
I have rented here at Prime in West Chicago for years now and I must say that I am very satisfied with the outstanding customer service I receive from Tammy! She is so knowledgeable and always takes care of her customers! The property is very clean, well-lit and secure! Thank you Prime for hiring such an amazing manager!!
Updated review: We went back to check on our storage unit, and the gang scribbles on the elevator were now covered with a fresh coat of paint. I highly appreciate the level of concern expressed by Prime Storage to fix the problems we were having. Also, Tammy was extremely helpful explaining everything to us. Overall, they went above and beyond trying to resolve our concerns. Thank you, Prime Storage and Tammy! :)
