What would I ever do without Blackwell during this Covid season!!!
Well maintained paths through forests and fields. A small/medium size lake where you can rent paddle boats and canoes. Area for group picnics. A trail that connects to McKee Marsh. Well maintained. Great for walks and bikes. Construction is still going on the west side of the park, but the new path and bridge is open.
Alway my favorite place for get away!!
Looks like a great place... However I was not able to enjoy it because there were a lot of people without their mask!!! I don't understand how we are supposed to get better as a nation if others are careless. With COVID19 in the midst of everything, it doesn't make any sense to me.. Please do better people and think about others. WEAR YOUR MASK!!
This was the first time I have been at Blackwell. It was cold damp and at the end of winter. The trees were not yet I'm plume. Even so you could tell how pleasing it could be. I can't wait to go back when the weather has gotten better and the trees have turned.
