Predatory law firm. Do not hire Erika Wyatt. She will run up your bill with unnecessary charges, knowlingly exceed your budget, charge for lunches with colleagues, drop you as a client before a trial or settlement and then sue you for all your assets while your case is still ongoing all while promising she can accomplish things she will conveniently disavow ever saying. Get everything she claims she can do and why she is spending so much money in writing so you can defend yourself from her later when her firm inevitbaly sues their client in the midst of the client still trying to get a divorce. Visit any courthouse in the area and take a look at their historical cases or talk to former clients as references - full of screwed over people having to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars with incomplete cases.

Schiller Ducanto and Fleck is easily the most despicable law firm I have ever encountered. Of course they would want to drag cases out as long as possible to maximize their billable hours, but they do this so shamelessly it is amazing they haven't been disbarred. Attorneys like these are the reason why people hate attorneys!! Not one ounce of ethics or conscience in this law firm as far as I can tell. Schiller Ducanto & Fleck, though claiming to be a family law firm, apparently has no qualms with their talentless attorneys pretending to be qualified experts in trusts and estates law. Just another example of their willingness to exploit clients(even after the divorce is over) - although their deception and manipulation is almost impressive when you consider the total incompetency of the attorneys of Schiller Ducanto & Fleck in essentially every other aspect. It seems they have found their calling in taking advantage of their own divorce clients and their children. Run as fast as you can to literally any other law firm.
