Roy is personable, efficient, knowledgable, and effective ... all the qualities a lawyer should possess. He helped my husband and me in a recent real estate closing, and it was very reassuring to know that he always had our back. I'd highly recommend his firm for someone who wants straight talk with results.

Roy Winn has been our family’s attorney for a number of years. I have always been impressed with his professionalism and vast knowledge of the law. We had a great experience working with Roy. He was flexible, patient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced as we updated our wills, POAs, healthcare directives, etc. He returned calls and emails quickly and patiently explained all of our options. He seems like a genuinely nice person in addition to being a good lawyer, and he made me wish we had taken care of these things sooner, because it turned out to be a lot easier than we expected.

I have consulted with Roy Winn on a number of legal issues. He’s very knowledgeable and always returns call or emails promptly, and never makes me feel like my questions are stupid. I especially appreciated Roy’s skillful handling of my real estate closing. At the last minute we discovered some problems with the property we were purchasing, and I was really worried that the deal would fall through. Roy skillfully negotiated a credit from the seller, enabling us to close on schedule. He was extremely thorough while explaining all of our options and what to expect as we moved forward. I would feel confident contacting Roy regarding any legal matter, and in fact have scheduled an appointment to discuss a will and revocable living trust.
