Would not go here again. Made sure to make it back before they closed at 7:00. Got there at 5:30 and no one was there. They want to charge you $20 to have someone check in your truck after hours. I had to do do it myself because no one was there. They want to charge you but don't credit you for havtto go through the trouble of doing it yourself even though you are there during business hrs

Nick was extremely nice and very helpful throughout my entire process and The owner Tamika (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was really nice too. Everything was ready for us when we got there to pickup the truck. The only downside was our truck was falling apart but we only needed the truck because we were picking up donations for a family who lost everything in a fire. Honestly Nick was extremely knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend giving them a try.

Montel provided me with the most positive experience at this Uhaul location. It wasn't that long ago I swore I would never use Uhaul again (bad experience at a different location from this one) but I needed a car after I had to have my regular car serviced. All the rental agencies were out of cars so I decided to rent a pickup truck from Uhaul. Montel made sure I had the best service this time around, he is informative, personable and made sure to explain their process well. I get the impression this location is managed well! You guys made me a customer again, not an easy task.

Rented the 20' truck and was very affordable. Staff was great, hardly any paperwork.
