Katie was very pleasant! Very knowledgeable of the space and just packaging all around! She took time to show me the unit before I purchased. Great customer service!
Very clean place, very well maintained with Maintenance as far as snow and cleaning. Very affordable compared to other places and convenient and last but not least there customer care is very awesome and very polite with any problems that you might have (Polly) one of there employees there has never hesitated to assist in helping with any problems and just helped me with a new unit today and I am very happy!!
I have been with public storage many times over the years.. would not consider any other location. They are always helpful and very friendly staff. The new APP is wonderful also.
Today I stopped at this location and was met by a friendly smile and attitudeud83dude33. After I expressed my need for a particular size storage container. Not only did the lady take the time to listen but was happy to show me the actual containers available. She explained the contract in detail and answered all my questions. This has been my first encounter of awesome customer service this month. Thank you Alsip Public Storage for your professionalism and kind spirit. I will recommend others and return myself if needed.
