Just moved to the area and saw all the good reviews on this place. I called to have my car serviced and was immediately blown away by the customer service provided by Jim. Not only did he get me in right away (working with my schedule), he went out of his way personally to come to my house to get my car! This will absolutely be my go to shop for all my cars from now on. Highly recommend for their professionalism and obvious experience.
I can’t believe I haven’t come here sooner! Jim provided a phenomenal experience for me and really went above and beyond to explain the condition of everything in my vehicle to me, and went over everything they did and looked at. I have never experienced this level of service at an auto repair shop, especially as a woman, I’m used to mediocre or bad service at auto repair shops. Very sad I am moving out of state, otherwise I would certainly keep coming here. Level of service and kindness really goes a long way and makes a difference in where I want to get my services done! Mr Jim’s was a fantastic experience. Jim is personable, honest, attentive, and flexible. he looked at my car the day after i got it towed to his shop and called me right after to let me know what was going on with it. as i suspected it was the starter. he quoted a fair price and let me know of a couple other issues he noticed, but did not push anything on me. he shuffled things around and was able to replace the starter that day so i could drive it home. Jim will go above and beyond for you and make sure you’re getting a fair quote. he is trustworthy and a real stand up guy. you don’t walk in feeling like a stranger or nervous about being there. instead you feel like you’re apart of their family because that’s how you’re treated. i highly recommend me jim’s. i will surely go back.
I have been using Mr. Jims for around 12 to 15 years now. I do not exaggerate when I say “there’s no place else I would take my Jeep!” I trust both Jim (the owner) and John (lead mechanic) w/o question for everything my Jeep needs. Never once has there been an issue about their knowledge, trust, cost of repairs...they are honest, personable, fair and just great human beings! I literally can’t say enough amazing things, it’s the only place I recommend to both friends, family and total strangers. Give your small local businesses a chance, I would say most of the time you’ll be super satisfied going to a non-big brand chain. I did, all those years ago, and here I am today just as happy! A big shout out to Rachel (boss of the frontud83dude03), she’ll take good care of you and she always goes above and beyond when she gets involved!
First time doing business with this shop, and was pleasantly surprised with their friendly, honest and courteous treatment of the customer. Properly diagnosed the problem I was having with my vehicle, and also did a complete inspection of items that will need to be addressed and also any needed maintenance that should be done. No pressure as to what work was to be performed, and everything was done in a timely manner. They were even able to provide me a loaner vehicle, which made the whole experience less stressful. Very pleased with their service, and will be returning for any further needed repairs.
