Jake is one of the best of the best when it comes to making sure all your questions are asked and very outgoing. If you need and parts are information regarding your car he is the guy that will answer all your question and get the right product to put a smile on your face when you leave off the lot in your car. No doubt GRDTuned is my go when it comes to parts and information regarding my Audi. Ask for Jake and you won’t be disappointed.

Very honest and caring. I thought my car had an issue with the steering but after a careful drive test, it was returned as being normal. No charge. I will definitely go back again to service my Audi S5

P*ss poor service starting from lack of communication, to getting the actual work done. i needed a simple install of an intake pipe done. They were confused from the beginning - i had to provide them with the information from the manufacturer (its only a tube that goes between engine and airbox, that's it). anyway it was done incorrectly; i asked the tuner about it, got no response. thanks guys! now i have to go elsewhere to someone reliable that can actually do the job right. Better off going to dealer.
