My wife and I visited Brian's Pizza this weekend from Joliet and were quite impressed with the ol' school thin crust pizza! You can taste the garlic in the sauce. It's hard to find a pizza this good without having to go into the city. Plus Mark and his wife were gracious hosts--friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was very clean--even the kitchen. We will be back.

I'm a pizza lover & this is the BEST pizza. Actually everything is good & well worth the drive from North Aurora to Hinkley. Really great food & a must try!!

Makes pizza with partial ingredient changes to your pizza. Only pizza we hve had for the last twenty five years since we moved here from Naperville. Brian sold the store but not the dough recipe. We don't eat there anymore. It's just not worth the pain, I have krohns disease.

Excellent, crust was fabulous, waitress was polite and checked on us periodically, fried mushrooms were a nice quantity and so good. Highly recommend!!!

It’s a shame what happened to this place. Used to be the best pizza in town, but it seemed to change when new management took over. I could smell cinnamon when i opened my pizza box when i got home?? Very strange. Also ordered tenders and fries for my children and the tenders are laughable. It’s not even like a chicken tender or homemade at all like they claim all of their food is. The fries have definitely changed too. I know it seems too critical but this place was a staple of Hinckley for years, so when everything changes, it’s sad. The new owner also seemed very rude and standoffish when helping other customers while i was waiting for my food as well. Overall very unhappy with the new Brians Pizza and will not order from them anymore
