Ordered a deep dish pizza tonight with black olives and mushrooms and I am usually a big fan of Lou Malnatis but this was probably one of the worst I have ever had. The pizza had no flavor and too much cheese. Felt like the cheese was clumped on and was hard to swallow. Very little sauce which had no seasoning or flavor. I was very disappointed in the pizza and this has really changed my view on Lou Malnati’s being the best deep dish in Chicago. Will not be ordering from here anytime soon.
Drive up service was great. Deep dish was delicious as expected
Had this pizza before but I ordered pizza today and I found a strand of hair in my pizza, it ruined my appetite and I was hoping to have the same experience that I had before. I hope you all are wearing hairnets in there.
i love the deep dish at lou malnatis, its the best
Trying this for the first time. I ordered a thin crust med. pizza 2-3 people. I had no problem with that just myself. Also ordered was a Deep Dish Personal Pizza. This was great for a 5yr old not an adult. Then the bottom crust was soaked in grease. Terrible.
