Waited 2.5 hours for an order that never arrived. I called the store nearly 2 hours in and was told that the driver had left and was on the way. The employee read off my entire order without me even giving my name so they clearly had my order. When I called back 30 minutes later still waiting on food, I was transferred 2 times before a female manager answered and told me the order had been cancelled 2.5 hours ago. I asked why I was told that the driver was on the way and she argued with me telling me that no one could have told me that and that they didn't know what I ordered because it had been cancelled. I didn't make up listening to an employee read off my entire order and telling me that driver was on the way. I guess she had better things to do because she told me I could either replace the order and wait another hour or not. Then she hung up.....well guess what I pizza hut I will never patronize again. We've been going here for years but we will gladly find somewhere else to go.

When I ordered, the delivery time stated 20-30 minutes. It came in about an hour, which is reasonable. Just possibly change your website to a more reasonable time.

I ordered a curbside pick up. When I pulled up I called and little while later an employee came out and said the order was still in the oven they’ll bring it out when it’s done. 15 minutes later still no order. My husband went in and our order was just sitting there another employee claimed they didn’t know it was curb side. So whatever Pizza Hut wants to do to correct this type of issue. Please do

Today's date 11/13/2020. Please avoid pizza hut on 2849 W 95th St, Evergreen Park, IL 60805. Man at counter is not wearing a mask. Delivery drive is digging in his nose. Waited almost 15 minutes for curbside they never came out. I had to go in and get the pizza. Poor excuse for not bring food out to car, which is what I asked for. Manager on duty name is Devon. I would give them no stars if I could.

I just need for them to pay more attention to detail and get the order completely correct. Dipping sauces and the correct amount of extra cheese when it is being paid for does matter. But overall I love Pizza Hut.
