Went in around 11am to buy pizza for the kids during their lunch time. The cheese pizza was super dry and burned. The wings were dry and bread sticks were hard as a rock. I did not notice until i got home of course. And once I got home, I couldn't return to exchange it. I called them instead and spoke to one of their employees whom confirmed and said YES the pizza was NOT fresh and it had been reheated from last night. He then passed me to the manager over the phone. And of course the manager denied and said the pizza was fresh. This is not the first time I buy pizza from Little Caesars. I can tell it was re-heated even though manager said it was fresh. But you could tell that pizza was from last night. First and last time going to this location. I do not recommend it. Please go to a different location if you want fresh pizza.
One of the workers just came in and didn't wash their hand and they were helping with the pizza
Order breadsticks 20 oz pop breadsticks were and cold .20oz + soda was warm and if you pay with cash pay with exact they do not have changed it back to you coins thumbs down
Never again at this location. I ordered and paid online. My pizza should have been ready 45 minutes later, I say should have because when I arrived, not only was my pizza not ready but, two employees claimed they didn’t have my order even though had a copy of my receipt. An hour later they finally found my order which when I got home was not my order. So I basically paid $13 for crazy bread since I couldn’t eat the pizza as it had meat and I am vegetarian.
Pizza was nice and hot! The indoor oven warmers were cool to use. You'll need your code to open the oven door.
