The gentleman over the phone was super kind, but when I went to pickup my order, the casket was rude. No greeting. No customer service skills. They said 3 words, cash or card. Maybe they were having a bad day. If that’s the case, okay, but if this frequent, I will find a different location. The place was silent which made the environment unwelcoming and awkward.
I eat here a lot since I work nearby. I have to say their customer service is always awesome and they keep the spot well organized at all times. Prices are convenient and they serve sizeable portions.
Great place to eat something when in a rush. The service is fast, prices are reasonable, great character. Will come back again
My sandwich has been better at other locations
I places a online order for my child. I ordered via the app. I use the app at least 3 times a week but normally go to another location. I received a call from the young lady and stated that I have to show my Photo ID and credit card! I never received nor experienced that. Before I picked up the food I parked and saw a customer swipe card and not one time did she ask for ID!!! Bias! So when entered store I asked why me? And what if I sent my child. That’s the convenience of the Apple Pay and app. She said we have been hit with fraud! But again, the other customer never was asked! Yes, I’m offended and feel it was bias and not fair. I asked is this a corporate policy she got smart oh no we are franchised. It doesn’t make it right!
